Open Sky Organic Farm offers a wide variety of fresh, organic produce. We focus on growing unusual and great-tasting varieties. Our produce is picked fresh, then carefully washed and stored to maintain its high quality.

Joining a CSA is a unique opportunity that allows you to be a part of our farm, not just a customer. It grounds you to the food you eat. By purchasing a “share” in the farm at the beginning of the season, members join in the risks of farming and reap its benefits throughout the year. Farmers and CSA members get to know one another and share in a close relationship with the land. CSA is also a great way to enjoy diverse, healthy, seasonal eating!

Salad Club:

(April 27th- June 1st) $120.00/ 6 weeks

Get your salad on! Includes mixed lettuces, spinach, brassica salad mix, radishes, Asian greens, scallions and microgreens.

Peak Summer Season Full Peak Share Half Peak Share

Full Share: $300 ($30.00/week)

Half Share: $180 ($18.00/week; pick up every other week)

Enjoy the best summer has to offer. Shares will contain 12-14 items per week, especially as the season progresses. Half share pick up is every other week, beginning June 8th

Members of the CSA can purchase a floral boquest for just $5.00 additional per week!.

Best of Fall: Best of Fall Share

Sept 28th-November 2nd

$150/ 6 weeks ( $25.00/week)

Savor the fall season and enjoy potatoes, winter squash, cabbage, brussels sprouts, parsnips, carrots,

broccoli, cabbage, onions, watermelon radishes and fall greens.

Flower Share: $10.00/week without CSA Share with CSA Share

June 8th -Aug 10th

Summer is short: why not take time to smell the flowers? With a very reasonably priced flower share, you will get a generous bouquet of a variety of cut flowers. You can expect at least 10-12 stems in your bouquet. A later summer option of sunflowers ( 6 stems) will also be available.

We grow over 30 varrieties of flowers, including sweet peas, dahlias, celosia, calendula, zinnia, bachelor button, lisianthus, rudbeckia, cosmos, daisy and snapdragon.
